What was the highlight of Lamar Ajyad First Hotel Tower B
Not bad for a short stay specially in high seasons in this class
Hotel itself is very nice and clean. Room was not really according to our expectations. Friendly and helpful staff.
Location. Situated on a main road and too far from Masjidul Haram to walk to. Shuttle service is available but they drop you off too far from the Haram. The shuttle bus drives along all the connected Ajyad chain hotels in the surrounding and drops off near the Bus platform near Haram which is a lot further than the underground Parking where the other shuttle bus drop off's are. The only time we took the shuttle bus, it was not allowed to got to the drop off point by the Police (I wonder if they had a permit is yes then the Police would never forbid the shuttle bus to enter that area as the other shuttles were allowd to go through). So the driver took a U-turn and dropped us off at even further Bus stop where we had to take a Yellow bus to Haram. So after a 45 minutes shuttle trip we ended up even further than the hotel where we took a taxi to the Haram. During check out the lady on the reception helped 2 other people who came after me and just ignored me and let me wait a long time. The water boiler started leaking during the night and we had to call 3 times in the morning to get someone have it repaired, They initially thought we asked for room cleaning. Finally someone came to repair it and left the washroom dirty behind.

I feel very bad regarding transportation issued in lamar there are not guidelines regarding bus service pick up point and drop up point I have suffered lot bus service it very very bad I have paid 240 riyal but no service very bad o left hotel 12 pm left boz of bus service i have taken other hotel boz of bus service So note refund my amt it not provide service proper And guidance in reception area there not setting 3 ladies no information Booking .com I request to refund my money Other wise I have waste of money I came for worppship it time waste for me
